Why can't I connect the litter box to my smart device?
Ensure that your device is linked to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network with the accurate Wi-Fi password. Verify whether the litter box is linked to any other devices.
What if my cat won't use the new litter box?
Tips for alleviating your cat's anxiety:
- Introduce your cat to the advanced litter box by placing it next to their familiar one. This helps them comprehend its function and consider using it as an alternative bathroom spot. Maintaining the litter box in the same location minimizes confusion and maintains a sense of consistency for your cat. Initially, manually clean the automatic litter box for the first few uses.
- Add your cat's scent to the new box. To motivate your cat to use the new automatic litter box, transfer some litter from their old box into the new one.
How often should I change my litter?
One per month.

Typically, the machine is automatically set to a one-minute delay before cleaning. You can customize the delay cleaning duration according to your preferences.
Do I need to keep my app running for the automatic function to work?
No, you can turn the device into auto mode and it will work automatically even if the app is not running.
Can kittens use the Auto Cat Litter Box?
Kittens and small cats weighing less than 5 pounds may not be heavy enough to activate the cat sensor. Therefore, while they can use the Catboxy Litter Box, it should not be used in automatic mode for these lighter cats.
How many cats can use the Catboxy Litter Box?
The Catboxy Litter Box is specifically designed for multi-cat households, effectively eliminating the risk of cat trapping. It features a spacious interior and a low entrance, making it easy for cats to enter and exit. Utilizing gravity measurement for cat identification, each device can accommodate up to 6 cats.
Do cats carry litter when they come out of the litter box?
Cats typically have a small amount of litter stuck to their paws after using the litter box. Therefore, we recommend using a litter mat at the entrance of the litter box (please do not place the machine directly on the litter mat).
Does Catboxy Cat Litter Box require assembly? Can it be done by myself?
No tools are needed to install or disassemble the Catboxy Cat Litter Box! Designed with convenience in mind, it allows for effortless operation by a single individual. Even the laziest of owners will find it easy to assemble, disassemble, and clean on their own.
