Free shipping is available for orders within the United States valued at $169.99 or above.

Orders shipped to the United States usually take 7-12 business days to arrive from the shipping date. If shipping to other countries/regions, transit times may vary, ranging from 7 - 15 business days from the shipping date. The feeder is suitable for dry food ONLY, with kibble size ranging from 2-15mm / 0.07-0.6 inch in diameter. Larger kibble may get stuck at the food outlet.

This would be more suited for small or medium pets.
How long will the desiccant bag work?
It is recommended to change the desiccant bag every 15 days to prevent mold growth.
Can portions be different for different times of feeding?
